After crafting news audio designs for diverse formats and markets around the world, it was a true pleasure to return to the U.S. market, where the bold, iconic news sound that inspired us originally was born.
Our goal was clear: to create a modern, dynamic sound that honors the rich heritage of traditional U.S. news while evolving it to meet the needs of today’s fast-paced, 24/7 news environment. The result is a fresh audio identity that captures the energy and urgency of modern news coverage.

This was an exciting project! Composing for an all-news format in the U.S. market—the birthplace of the iconic news sound—was incredible. We truly enjoyed creating new musical elements that capture the essence of NewsNation. The final pieces not only keep the sound fresh and dynamic, but they also reflect the fast-paced energy that a 24/7 news environment demands."
